Adding a Donate Now button to your own website is a quick and easy way for individuals to give to your charitable cause.
If you are a UK registered charity all you need to do is
- Send us your contact details and banking information using this Accounting Data Information Form so we can remit donations direct to your bank account;
For Unregistered Voluntary and Community groups we need evidence of your charitable objectives and all you need to do is
- Send us your contact details and banking information using this Accounting Data Information Form so we can remit donations direct to your bank account;
- Send us a copy of a governing document such as a Constitution or Memorandum and Article of Association;
- To recover gift aid on your donations we will require your HMRC tax exemption number. If you don’t have one you can contact HMRC and ask for a Form ChA1 or you can apply here using the following link
Our fees are 5% of the gross donation capped at donations of £500 or more. We administer all donations for you including the processing of the gift aid element of a donation where applicable. Credit card charges are also deducted from the gross donation though this is simply a recharge of costs levied upon us.
